Texas State Family Weekend....

We all went up for Texas State Family Weekend. Sophia showed us ALL around. The campus has a million stairs and hills. I ended the day at 20,000 steps!!! The campus is really beautiful. 

We ate at a mexican restaurant in the main square area. It was a hot and sunny day but we found a table with a little shade. 

Sewell Park is amazing!! There were lots of kids and families around. The water was cold but people were swimming. Sophia picked the perfect school!! Beautiful campus, fun people, new friends, sunbathing and the river close by!! 

 

We went to the football game which thankfully started at 6:00 so the sun went down quickly. We found seats at the 50 yard line. The bobcats won the game by a landslide! 

                                        

We loved spending the day with Sophia. TXST seems to be the perfect school for her!! 

This wasn't taken during family weekend...but I had to include it. Sophia and one of her roommates, Gabby, during Homecoming Week. So cute!! 

Brahma March...

Joshua is on the Golf Team this year so we of course we went to Brahma March. They did a Hawaiian theme this year. 

                                               

                                                 

Christopher is on the JV football team so we got to see him too!
