First Baylor game!!

We finally made it to a Baylor game! They had almost no chance of winning....and we sat in the visitors section by accident...but overall we had a great time! The new stadium is so nice!

6th Grade Skate party....

I was in charge of organizing the 6th grade skate party this year. Sophia really did not feel good enough to go (and probably should have stayed home) but it was fun to see her with friends. Overall it was a great event and no broken bones!!!

Playing with the Band....

Sophia started band this year and plays the clarinet. She is currently first chair! She loves it and has had 2 concerts already. Overall the band made HUGE improvements from the first to the second concert!

Sports and more sports.....

The boys in this house are all about sports!!! Jake had an awesome football season.

Joshua played flag football for the first time and loved it!!!

And now it's on to basketball for Jake. He has started a few games and has improved so much!

Cowboys and the ranch....

Mike and I took a 3 day trip to Dallas with the Dunlaps. The kids went with mom to the ranch...and had lots of fun! There was an art event.

  They ate in Penland!

At the last minute....Mike bought tickets to the Cowboys/Packers game. Lisbeth Anne and John had tickets through his work....and we were going to watch at the hotel. But Mike really wanted to go...and I am SO glad we did. What an experience. It was so much fun!!!

Tim McGraw Concert....

Sophia and I went to see Tim McGraw and Faith Hill and had SO much fun. Sophia was over the moon excited to see him. Our seats were high up, but we could still see on the big screen. It was a late school night...but totally worth it!!!

Thanksgiving Fun....

We spent the whole at the ranch for Thanksgiving....starting with a Baylor game. It was our first time at the new stadium and we had a good time (sitting in the visitor section!) but of course they lost.

The new ranch activity is armadillo hunting. The kids LOVE it and we came close to catching one. Brad put up a good fight trying to pull one of out of a hole.
