Soccer Weekend.....

Joshua's team played in a tournament and came in 2nd. They were undefeated this season until the last game today. They played so hard though!! 

Pioneer Woman!!

Pioneer Woman came to do a book signing here and Mom got tickets! We had no idea what to expect and were a little overwhelmed when we got there. Barnes and Nobles was packed!!!! They gave out 1200 tickets!!!! But once she got signing the line went pretty quickly. It was such a fun night and the kids were so good!! 

As we waiting, the kids picked out books..so the next morning was sooool quiet. Shhhh...don't disturb the readers!!

Turkey Day!!

Mary, Brad and the kids flew in for Thanksgiving. It was a fun filled week at the ranch!! 

We went to Magnolia to check it out. I could not believe the crowds!!! We were not super impressed with the stuff for sale but it was still fun to look around!

The kids spent lots of time on the 4 wheeler!

Thanksgiving was so delicious!! Everyone pitched in to help!

Jake came down with strep throat while were there. He recovered quickly but while he was feeling bad he spent lots of time working on the puzzle! 

Lots of good time with family!

And we had a big adventure to the creek. We were convinced there was turtle in the bathtub!

We had such a fun time together. Kids played a couple rounds of the 'Sugar Challenge'.

And ended the time together with a big sleepover! We pushed the beds together so the 4 big kids could be together. 

The 5 days together went quickly but I'm so thankful we had beautiful weather (until the last day) and such good times!!

Hockey time....

Northwood had a night at the Rampage so we took Joshua and Sophia. Jake decided to go to a party instead! A fun night doing something a little out of the ordinary!!

Happy Halloween!!

Our slenderman morphsuit man, witch and Iron Man had a great night! We started off the night at Grammy's with the cousins. We had dinner and trick or treated around her block.

After Grammy's we want to the Dunlap's for their annual party. As usual it was a big crowd and lots of fun! It was all festive until the rain came...and came and came! Quite the downpour for awhile. 

Lots of candy and lots of fun...Halloween 2015 was a success!
