Cousin Camp 2016...we were ready!! We headed to Jellystone Park in Loray, VA. To get there you drive through the Shennadoah National Forest.
Here are the campers!! I love the shirts for this year!! This jellystone was amazing. So beautiful!
We moved the picnic table onto the porch so we could eat outside easily.
There was a lot of time spent on the slide!! ❤️
Loray has a caverns that we thought would be fun but the kids wanted to do the Garden Maze instead. We broke into 2 teams....parents, Lucy and Jake came in last. 😔
And then we headed right next door for the ropes course.
Gaga ball was the hit of Cousin Camp 2016!! The kids played and played and played!!
Tie dying tshirts was a camp activity!
And they had a petting zoo!
Our annual savenger hunt ended with the kids telling Mom the secret word to claim their final prize.
The final prize was a bag for each kid to go mining! They loved it!!
And our final camp pics before we left.
This cousin camp was a totally new experience. Yes we did Jellystone last year, but this one was soooooo much better. They had so many activities for the kids and the setting was beautiful. I could get used to that view everyday!! The kids for along fairly well this time. It was great to have Mom along to be the camp cook.
The 8th Annual Cousin Camp was a big success!! I can't believe we've been doing this for 8 yrs!!! Such an awesome tradition!
